Full
Payment
is
required within 5 days of close of
auction.
Initial
Contact
via
e-mail is required
within
3
days of auction close. We
will send a winners message with payment instructions within
2 hours after the auction closes, but if you do not complete the
checkout within 72 hours, you could forfeit your winning bid and
the auction may be offered to the next highest bidder.
If
payment is not received within 7 days
of auction's close, you will receive a courtesy reminder. A
final notice will be emailed after 15 days and if we do not hear from
you within 72 hours we will begin the non-paying bidder process with
eBay Safe Harbor.
Serious
Bidders Only - Please do not bid if
you do not intend on completing the transaction or if you do not have
the funds on hand to pay within 10 days of close. We will report all
non payers to eBay and possibly leave negative feedback.

RETURN POLICY
If you
receive a defective unit, you must notify us within 48 hours by
contacting help@newportdiscount.com. All returns will require an RMA
number to be processed and need to be reported to us within 7 days of
receipt. After 7 days, factory warranty will cover any issues and
you may contact us for warranty assistance by contacting
help@newportdiscount.com. If you
return a non-defective unit a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. If an item
has signs of use it cannot be returned for a refund. Defective items
will tested upon return and be replaced with new product. You are
responsible for return shipping back to us. S&H is non refundable for
any reason.
