USPS does not guarantee delivery times for any items except USPS Express Mail therefore we can not guarantee delivery times. Once payment is complete we make every effort to mail your package on the next business day. Monday through Friday except postal holidays - peak periods we also ship on Saturdays.

INTERNATIONAL MAIL We ship worldwide. Everywhere the United States Postal Service covers.

CANADIAN SHIPMENTS

We ship most items to Canada using Air Post. Air Post does not have delivery Confirmation.  For a few dollars more you can purchase Global Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  While we do find delays in Canadian customs most packages arrive in 4 ? 14 days.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

 Whenever possible we send international packages Global Priority Mail with tracking & Delivery Confirmation. However many countries do not support Global Priority Mail. These are sent Air Post and do not have Delivery Confirmation.

 Delays are often the result of customs inspections in your country. We have extensive experience with sending packages outside the United. Delays caused by customs inspections in your country are out of our control.  Please allow extra time and contact your local post office should you feel the package is not arriving in a timely manner. We have seen it take up to 30 days for some countries. Italy, Greece & Latvia just to name a few of the countries that we have seen take 30 days or longer. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TO ANY COUNTRY THAT DOES NOT SUPPORT GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL. You will have to take that risk. We can not. Some of the countries that DO NOT support GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL

Methods of payment:  

All payments must be made in United States Dollars.
We accept PayPal. Note that a "pending" PayPal payment is not yet considered to be a completed payment. Western Union Auction Payments, Bank (cashier's) check or a valid money order drawn from a USA bank, well concealed cash but you do so at your own risk. We accept personal checks drawn from USA banks in US Dollars, but this does cause some delays. Personal checks must clear our bank before we can send your item. This can take up to 14 days (we do not go to the bank every day.)

Returns: 

General return policy. If for any reason you need to return an item please contact us right away at NewtRose@comcast.net.  We will send you an RA number and the address to send it. This will have to be at your expense. Once we receive the item we will either issue a refund of the purchase price only or will send you a replacement at no cost to you.
