Starting October 1st with the new EBay changes I will require delivery confirmation on all purchases. I will also require insurance on all items over $20.00 and any item going outside the United States. Please keep in mind that if you live outside the US you will need to purchase registered mail which starts at $11.00 plus postage and the cost of insurance. Please keep this in mind when you bid as I will not change this policy. I am doing this to protect both the buyer and myself. I will probably not list near as many items and I will start most if not all my items at $9.99 or more. I try to charge the lowest shipping fees that I can while still trying to send the product well packaged. I am sorry that I have to do this but the increased fees are starting to add up. If you have any questions feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer them.
