Our Return Policy
- Our certified technicians will test all items before shipped.
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund.
- If you received a defective item, we will exchange another brand new replacement within 60 days start from the original delivery date.
- We will responsible for the shipping cost from our place to yours while buyer should pay the return shipping cost.
- In the case of exchanging items, please kindly keep all the package materials, take photos and videos and send to us, together with your eBay user ID, item number and purchase date.
- Please check carefully before sending the items back as we will not responsible for all the shipping cost if we found the product is not defected as buyer described.
