within three (3) days of end of auction.
Paypal is my preferred payment method.
Personal checks are not accepted.

I ship via the United States Postal
Service. Domestic packages are
shipped first class, and packages sent
outside of the US are sent first class
international. I purchase postal
insurance at my discretion and at my
expense.
Packages are shipped within 2-3 days of
payment receipt. US customers can
usually expect to receive their package
within a week from mailing date.
Non-US customers - please allow at least
2 weeks for delivery, and be aware that
1. I have no control over Customs
delays, and 2. Customs can delay
packages by a month or more. On a
positive note, I've never had one
package get lost or go missing (knock on
wood).
Please be aware that image colors can
vary from computer to computer.
Because of this, I endeavor to
accurately describe the colors in my
auction listings. If you are not
happy with the beads you received,
please contact me within 5 days
of receipt to arrange a return. I
will refund the purchase price (not
including shipping) as soon as I receive
the beads in original condition.
My beads go right from the torch to the
kiln where they are properly annealed.
However, my beads are made of glass and
can still break if dropped or
mishandled. If a bead breaks, I
will be glad to make you a replacement
at my current rates. Email me
promptly and I will send you a quote.
