Like New - Shiny, undamaged cover, dust jacket included for hard covers, no missing pages, all pages undamaged (no creases or tears), no underlining/highlighting of text, no damage to binding, no writing in margins (Could easily be mistaken for brand new)

Very Good - None or very minimal edgewear to the cover, dust jacket included for hard covers, no missing pages, no underlining/highlighting of text, no writing in margins, very minimal identifying marks inside cover, very minimal overall wear (You would give it to a good friend as a gift)

Good - Cover shows general use and wear, may have creases, dust jacket may have edge tears or may not necessarily be included, minimal wear to binding, majority of pages undamaged (minimal creases or tears), minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins, no missing pages (You would use it yourself, but wouldn't necessarily give it as a gift)

Acceptable - Some damage to the cover but integrity still intact, binding slightly damaged but integrity still intact, possible writing in margins, possible underlining and highlighting of text, no missing pages (Item beaten up but is readable)

CD/VHS/DVD/Video Game

Brand New - A brand new, unused, unopened & undamaged CD, movie or video game in perfect condition. There are no holes or cuts in the barcode or jewel case. The original packaging and all materials are included and in brand new condition.

Like New - Item still in shrink wrap or looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap, no wear and tear, all facets of the product are intact.

Very Good - No damage to jewel case or item cover, usually none or extremely minimal scuffing to cd surface, some cds may have small drill hole in case or hole in barcode, cover art and liner notes included, VHS and DVD box included, video game instructions and box included, teeth of disk holder undamaged, minimal wear and tear to exterior of item, no skipping on CD/DVD, no fuzzy/snowy frames on VHS tape.

Good - Minor damage to jewel case (scuffs or cracks) or item cover (scuff marks, scratching, or cracks), minimal scuffing to cd surface, cover art and liner notes included for a CD, VHS and DVD box included, VHS ex-rentals, video game instructions included, no skipping on CD/DVD, no fuzzy/snowy frames on VHS tape.

Acceptable - Considerable wear to VHS/DVD box, video game instructions and box not included. Cds have considerable wear, but should still play.
