Shipping:
All items ship out as soon as humanly possible. Within the United States items will ship via USPS Priority mail (2-3 days). International shipping will be sent out via USPS Global Express mail. Boxed shoes(when listed) will be combined without the original boxes. Combined shipping works as follows: 1st item (highest shipping) full price, 2nd item 1/2 price, 3rd item FREE!!! If an item cannot be combined it will state so in the auction description.
Returns:
We are more than happy to accept returns on merchandise. The guidelines are as follows. 1. We must be contacted within 2 days of receipt of delivery confirmation.(Basically within 2 days of the point of delivery) 2. The item must be in the exact condition it was sent out in. 3. Item must be returned using the same shipping method it was shipped via (If you choose to use a different shipping option, the return postage is your responsibility) 4. We will refund the actual auction price if the item is simply not wanted. A full refund will be issued if the item description is faulty. 5. We do not accept international returns
Feedback:
As with all Ebayers, we love to receive positive feedback and know we have put a smile on someones face. We will leave feedback for all buyers as soon as it is left for us. Please contact us with any issues prior to leaving negative feedback (more often than not it is simply a misunderstanding). Buyers who have questionable feedback will have their bids withdrawn from our auctions. If you can't play nice on Ebay, you can't play at all.
We understand that people buy on Ebay to get a really good deal. Most items we sell are valued well over $300. We aim to allow buyers to get the bargain of a lifetime. All our items are started at $.99, and we NEVER have a reserve price!!
International Shipping:
We only ship via USPS Global Express International shipping. This is the only way for us to track an international parcel. Ebay scammers in various countries (mainly Canada & South Africa) can be thanked for the need for this. So sorry to all honest Ebayers out there, but a few bad apples have spoiled the bunch.
