PACKAGING
All my merchandise is carefully
and professionally packaged with additional cardboard inserts and/or cushioning materials
for maximum protection!
GRADING
I grade very conservatively and visually for all
my items. In the case of records (45s & 33s) if something looks questionable on the
wax, I will play it to make sure it plays through. If there are any problems, they will be
listed on individual auction item. For the most part, I rarely grade anything as mint!
Near mint ranges from almost perfect to just about perfect; vg++ is a little below near
mint with very minimal flaws; vg+ some light surface wear but with most or all of its
original vinyl gloss; vg overall surface wear, but still in decent playing condition.
PAYMENT
Payment is expected within SEVEN days from
date of purchase/win UNLESS previous
arrangements are made mutually in advance. For buyers whom I have had successful
transactions previously, I will be glad to offer a "running tab" for up to a
2 week period, if you are bidding on and/or purchasing on multiple items, in order to
save on shipping. Please email me in advance after your first winner's notice of
your intentions of doing so.

I encourage bidders to email me with any
questions or concerns regarding pressing, condition, track listings, or anything else
about the item BEFORE bidding! I will answer anything that is in
my power regarding the item in question! If I am unable to answer your question, I will
email you and tell you so!
FEEDBACK
Positive feedback will be posted for all
successful/smooth completed transactions.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
I strive to keep my buyers satisfied and hope you
will come back. I offer a refund on the item, upon an email within a week of receipt
stating why you are unhappy with the item. Item must be shipped back to me in the same
condition it was sent and must be received by me no later than three weeks after
auction end date! I will refund 100% of your
bid price (not deducting for ebay fees), but shipping fees are not refundable. In
situations where I have a duplicate item, exchange will be offered as another option,
still giving the buyer a choice (exchange or refund). The only exception here is: I cannot exchange or issue a refund on a SEALED item that was
opened! This applies to vinyl as well as CDs. Please keep this
in mind when bidding on a still-sealed item.
