I CANNOT ACCESS MY COMPUTER AT THIS TIME AS SOME LOVELY PERSON MANAGED TO GET A NASTY VIRUS ONTO MY COMPUTER ! IT WILL BE GOING IN TO GET TOTALLY REFORMATED AND UNFORTUNATELY I WON'T HAVE IT BACK FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS. THIS HURTS MYSELF AND EVERYONE AND I DO APOLOGIZE FOR THIS EVIL INCONVENIENCE. Shipping days:
As I work from our home ( the kitchen is actually my office ) - I do not have a brick and morter store nor employees working for me. With 2 kids, a 14 month old baby, hubby and the house to run, I do take the weekends off to spend time with the family. Items purchased after Friday 1pm and over the weekend will be mailed on Monday morning. We unfortunately do not have the mail service on the weekends here in Canada. Thank you for your understanding :)

Combining shipping costs:
Canada Post charges by the weight and size of the parcel itself so if you do know the pattern numbers and makers I can give you an exact shipping cost before you made any purchases . I try to find the best ways of packaging to keep the shipping down wherever possible. We in Canada unfortunately do not have a media mail rate like the US does.
I only charge a small handling fee of 50 cents or less for all parcels to cover the supplies and such.

Welcome to my store ! For those who have shopped in my store before, you may already know the chaos that can occur in our home. I am a stay at home Mom with 4 kids ( 2 girls of our own and 2 foster kids ) and a new baby born June 25th, so although I don't always get to work on the computer like I wish, I eventually get to the emails and feedbacks as time permits. Family time is very important in our home as I hope it is in many others :) I do get to have some sanity during the daytime when the kids are all at school and hubby is at work, but sometimes life happens and I end up driving for field trips, volunteer jobs at the school, or have to run errands to keep the troops fed and clothed.
If you've ever wondered, this is where my store is located. Our home just turned 102 years old this year and although we need to paint again, the old homestead has stood up well over the last century. I do work from the kitchen where the computer is and all my store items are storeed in the temporary warehouse in Hubby's basement in boxes.
Resizing Patterns:
Ever find a sewing pattern that you would just love to make for yourself but can't seem to find the correct size? Well after doing some research on the internet, I came across a super site that may be of some help ! Although I do not sew clothing myself, I found the site to be very informative and helpful for resizing some of my children's patterns for jammies and such. Hope you can find it useful for yourselves!
