Hello, My name is Mary. I love to shop, so, this eBay world is quite the ticket for me. I am retired and a home maker for husband and myself. Our four children have flown the nest and all we have left is the Springer Spaniel you see on my page. Our Son brought her over on my husbands birthday in April.. ( He thinks it’s his dog.!) Her name is “PHYLLY” We were wondering what to call her, then one day I was talking on the phone to my sister Phyllis~ And it struck me. 

 When you purchase an item from Nobelty's you will find that we do not charge  handling fees. We feel that additional costs are frivolous and should be included in the price that you have paid for the item. You will also discover that we do not hide delivery cost on the shipping label.  At times, the postage cost is less than what you have paid. In the event that this occurs, we will refund you that amount if the difference exceeds .50 cents.  Fairness and honesty is our driving policy here at Nobelty's.

We will dispatch your item to you the same day that payment is received. If payment is received past 10:00 AM (CST) it will be sent the following business day.

We only use USPS Priority mail exclusively. "Priority mail international only" As it includes insurance for loss, rapid delivery, PC printable lable, carrier pick up and traceable in transit.   Plus, positive proof of shippment.
