If you sell products which do not work or are not as described.  We expect a full refund plus all return shipping and handling charges to be credited to our account as soon as you are notified about the products disposition. If you do not comply we will take aggressive measures to make sure we get our money back and you will be invoiced for the return shipping and/or all expenses relating to the transaction.

(Return shipping and handeling will be what you charged us, We figure if it's good for you it's good for us.)

5.If everything goes smooth and all is good expect positive feedback,  If not expect the feedback you earned.
