Life is a Joke....so let's Laugh

I like people and if deprived of the ability to meet and communicate daily with a multitude of other human beings, I would be totally lost to the abyss of depression and loneliness. I like to hear what others think about any subject so I can enrich my own views. Also, I am a thinker in my own right, and thoughts are useless if not shared with others.

As a mineral collector, and yes collecting is my way of life, I like to meet other collectors on the web and in the field. My home houses a colorful collection of Canadian and other minerals, and my doors are always open to all who like to see something different. I also like to be invited by other collectors to see what they have or to participate in the collecting event.

ebay is a perfect "place" to meet people, and for a semi-retired person like me, it is a way to make few dollars while enjoying making new friends. Here with me are thousands of mineral specimens that need a new home, and thanks to ebay some of these are finding it.

Now a few words about "my way" on ebay and business in general. As a collector and "techno-junkie", I buy and sell frequently. I am as often a vendor as I am a buyer. That makes me see things from the "bottom of both pits". I use only one account so there is nothing "hidden". I am trying to be "perfect" but also know that this is not possible, so I will accept an explanation and apology when messed up upon. I also readily admit my errors and expect consideration for my own apologies.

I leave feedback as soon as I send out the goods, which tells you that I have your  payment and that your purchase has been shipped. I do expect feedback as soon as you receive the goods, so I know that you're happy. I also expect feedback as soon as you ship to me so I know that my goods are on the way.

And one more thing, PLEASE do not refuse to sell to anyone that is willing to buy, regardless of where they live, what the nationality, what color they are or to whom they pray. Make ebay a real place of international business and friendship.
