Ebay wants us to explain the way you rate us as sellers.  Anything out of country may be held by customs so there could be a delay in receiving the item.   I usually ship within a day or two of receiving payment from you -- We are at the mercy of the post office -- they do a good job overall but once in a while they will take an item all over the US-every state -- this seems to happen about twice a year - so if you are in a hurry we can not promise it will be there when you request.  If this is a problem do not buy here please.  I am raising my autistic son alone as well as dealing with breast cancer--so I know what a real problem is. If there is something from serious skin care, wei east or bath and body works that you are looking for let me know  -- I may have it!!
