PAYMENT
We only use PayPal for customars outside of Sweden.
For UK customars we may be able to assist with bank transferres but not as a rule.
Swedish customars can be offered different paying methods than Paypal. In that case please contact us for information.
Log in to your bank if you want to know todays currency before you place anorder.
If you want us to send you an invoice in your own currency just send us an email with the request. We can send you an invoice in Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pound
Sterling, U.S. Dollars, Yen andAustralian Dollars.
SHIPPING
- Shipping costs -
All shipping will be done by Air-mail.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product.
The price of shipping comes from the Swedish postal servce.
The shipping cost is less when shipped within Sweden and the Nordic countries.
The shipping cost is the same when shipping outside of the Nordic countries (all over the world) and Europe. In Europe VAT is added to the cost and is therefor
the same as for the rest of the world.
The shipping cost is stated under every product we sell.
- Combined shipping -
We combine shipping on request.
All products can be combined as long as they are shipped to the same address at the same time.
We start counting using the largest shipping cost since it covers the heaviest weight of the products chosen and then add the combined shipping for the rest of the products.
- Shipping time -
Shipping time from Sweden to most countries around the world take 5 - 8 workingdays.
Please allow 3-4 days for handeling.
- Insured shipping -
It is optional to insure the shipping. We recommend you insure glass and larger orders.
The insurance of 7 USD cover all products you order per delivery.
Only insured shipping can be tracked / traced. If you have insured your shipping and your package have not arrived please contact us so we can help you trace the package.
- Refund -
Always contact us to make an agreement if you want a refund or to exchange a product !!!
We only refund at no cost to you if Nordic Design have made a misstake during the delivery.
The Swedish folk costume can not be changed or refunded.
For all other products we can exchange the products but the buyer will have to pay for the shipping back to us and the cost of shipping the package again.
The products must be returned to us in its original package and in unused condition so we can sell it again.
The additional shipping costs will be paied by the buyer before we ship the changed product.
