I Live in New York, I do not sell/ship to residents with New York addresses, no exceptions

Payment: Appreciated within 3 days from close of Auction by PayPal. I am reasonable and understand that issues arise that can prevent a prompt payment. Just send me a message with your intentions. If I have not heard from a buyer within a week, I start the unpaid item process to recover my fees. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay.

All items are carefully packaged as I would want to receive them. I ship all items within one business day of a cleared payment to the address on your PayPal account only. Please make sure that your address with PayPal is current. USPS Shipping: Shipping fees are based on USPS Calculation that includes Delivery Confirmation. Any differences in the amount you paid for Priority shipping and the price I paid to send it (Which can be seen on the order details page for your transaction), is a token discount USPS gives to people that print postage online. I do not profit off of shipping. Printing my own postage allows me to guarantee you that your package will be shipped within 1 business day of a cleared payment. If adjustments are needed, expect to see the refunded amount in your PayPal account after the item has been shipped. UPS Shipping: UPS does not ship to P.O. box addresses. If you do not have an address other than a P.O. Box, your item will need to be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority.

Returns:  I do accept returns on all items with the understanding that return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to a misrepresentation on my part. Please make sure you read the item description in full and ask any questions prior to purchase.

International Buyers: I will ship anywhere. If you need a price on shipping, just ask.

I am asked frequently if I will ship items USPS First Class International, My answer: Yes, if you do not have any problems receiving items USPS First Class International, I will send it USPS First Class International at your request. For USPS First Class International item must weigh under 4 pounds and meet the size requirements.
For all International shipping methods, Please be mindful of possible delays with Customs. I will assist you in any way possible with shipping issues that do not go beyond reasonable request of assistance.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
I will not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
