ATTENTION: It seems eBay tightened their policy on feedbacks recently (some policies even count neutral/0 as negative/-1.), probably due to their stock price dropped from $30-40 last year to now $10-$17.

To save us trouble on ebay, we recommend all rich ebay buyers (such as big company managers with $millions/year salary), and picky customers (who say an item cannot be called LIKE NEW due to a slight scratch), NOT TO BUY our off-lease/used products, but to buy others' brand new items only.

Our off-lease product may only make very few, very limited people happy. We know for sure that Google's 3 work horses, during their startup time, ever felt very happy with a fitness center that they built with used equipments.

Serious shoppers only please.

Online business costs lots of time and labor, thousands of competitors, profit usually is very thin. We need pay fee for every listing, no matter it can sell or not; We need pay labor to list and monitor competitors' prices, no matter it can sell or not; We need pay labor to make packages, drive to shipping station, wait in line, write address and fill forms, no matter how much price it was bid up to. In our town, no technician will repair our company truck if we don't pay their LABOR FEE around $75/hour (California friend said: "You are lucky, $165/hour here").

Starting from Oct. 20th, 2008, ebay wish buyer pay via credit card / paypal only, not via money order, cashier's check etc. paper payments.

If you have special request about shipping, mention with your payment (in NOTE/ADD-MESSAGE section if paypal). Don't send extra email about your shipping if possible, because we have many emails to treat everyday, we can't guarantee we see/treat your request before shipping out your order.

Please try to add our email address to your email software's address book, some spam-protection software may sort our emails as spam/junk/bulk, thus you may miss our answer. And please make sure your email account is not full (with junk/spam emails), or our answer may be rejected by your email server.

For NON-PAYING BIDDERS: We don't have rights to punish others, but filing complaints with ebay is the only way for us to obtain partial fee back, partial only. Consecutive non-paying activities could risk an account closed by ebay automatically.

If you just need 1 item, then bid on 1 item; Ebay charges fee on every item to us (charges more on sold ones).

Currently we are focused on businesses inside USA, with little bit business with Canada/Europe/Australia (low-value items only). For outside-USA places, it is often hard to track delivery and hard to offer repair/replace service due to high shipping fee (and thin-profit of online business).

We may not be able to offer much technical support or answer technical questions/emails, recommend customer seek help locally or call manufacturer in case of necessary.

We recommend EMAIL communications, it is good for keeping record. Yet, please understand, very seldomly, for some unknown reasons, an email sent out today could arrive tomorrow, or arrive in your un-monitored spam folder, or bounce back, or even worse, never get delivered.

We recommend PAYPAL for payments, it is fast and good for keeping records. But please be very careful about phishing emails, which are trying to steal your password by presenting a web page looking like ebay or paypal's login page. And be very careful about VIRUSES, spywares, adwares etc. malwares in your coming emails and/or from internet. Certain viruses can enter your computer if you view an infected web page, don't need you to download anything or click any email attachments, due to certain email softwares, web browsers may automatcially PLAY/EXECUTE certain contents.

Due to security / error-reducing / fraud-protection purpose, Paypal requires us ship to confirmed address only (i.e. credit card billing address).

Tracking #s, if available, we usually update them to Paypal's payment page, then Paypal will notify customer via an email unless something strange happens. Customer can also look at your paypal's payment details page for tracking #s.

Please pick up your package on time if certain shipping company leave you a pickup notice. Once a package is returned to us, customer usually need pay us extra DOUBLE shipping fee to get it re-shipped, due to most shipping companies charges us same fee (if not more) to return it to us.

If you want to CANCEL BID before an auction closes, you can do it by yourself at: HERE, no fee. But if the bid has ended (thus ebay has charged us fee), in order to cancel the bid, bidder should reimburse the ebay fee, together with some extra handling fee, to us.

We norsystems.net is also trying to make money on the concept of "CLOUD", by selling products in all kinds of "CLOUD"s. However, due to various reasons (different policies/regulations, different software infrastructures, different competitors, labor-intensive to follow frequent price changes etc.), we don't guarantee in which specific CLOUD we can offer best prices. Customers are welcome to shop around, or just stick to whichever a CLOUD you feel confident with.
