• Customer Service & Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the item back within 3 business days of receipt. We will be happy to refund your full purchase price less shipping and handling and restocking charge (if applicable, see individual listing for rate of restocking charge).  Buyer pays for all shipping & handling charge.  Software, games, movies are non-refundable.

Procedures:

• The item has to be in a resellable condition. Which means never worn by anyone (not dirty).   I have to be fair to other customers, the one you received had never worn by anyone.
• Returned with orignial packing.
• Buyer has to send it back by postal service (not courier: no UPS, Fedex, Purolator, TNT, etc).
• Once we receive the item and if the conditions were met.  The refund will be the money buyer paid less the shipping.
• ** Please include a copy of your Paypal record (or a proof of payment, or an ebay check-out copy) in the return parcel.
• *** When buyer send the parcel back to us, you have to clearly indicated that this item is marked as "RETURN FOR REFUND".  Otherwise we will reject the parcel.

Each and every individual item available for sale has a specific shipping cost and handling charge, which is stated in the Payment Details section on the listing. For bidder located outside the continental USA & Canada the additional shipping charge will be stated in the Item description section.

• Which company do you use for shipping?

We use Postal Service & UPS for the shipment of the winning items. I strongly recommend you to take the insurance option.We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods shipped without insurance.  

• Combine Shipping Policy

Yes, we do offer combine shipping for a small number of multiple items (say, Less than 10 items).

Some packing costing can be saved while we putting these items into a single carton, however the shipping cost saved cannot balance the expensive handling cost created. There is a major advantage on combine shipping that buyer can pay insurance ONCE per package. Buyers may expect some delay may be resulted for combine shipping.

• When can I expect the item to arrive?

Please allow 10 to 14 working days for the item to arrive after the payment is clear. It may take longer for the item to arrive due to special circumstances that we cannot foresee and your patient is much appreciated.

• Which method of payment do you accept?

I accept Paypal, Western Union, MoneyGram, International Money Order, and US / Canadian Check. US Check is subject to 14 working days for bank clearing.

All orders shipped outside the Canada may subject to the following if applicable to the location and product shipped: customs fees, brokerage fees, insurance, duty, tariff, and any other fees that are applicable and charged by their country.  Seller does not responsible for any of the above charges.  For more information, please contact with your local custom/duty office.

For Canadian customers: Ontario buyer please add 13% tax (GST & PST) on top of the winning item price; buyer from other provinces of Canada please add only 5% GST on top of the item's final bidded price.
