• Q:  I just bought something from one of your auctions, what can I expect?
• A:   If you bought a single item, your winning notification from eBay is your invoice to pay.  I generally go through unpaid auctions once per day, and will issue an invoice for any auctions that did not go through the checkout process, or contact me.  Once payment has been made, I strive to package the order, and mail it in 24 to 48 hours (little longer on weekends and holidays)  Once I have packaged up your order, I will issue a positive feedback to you (I don't wait, I issue them as part of my order packing routine)  and I will send an email through the eBay system notifying you that your package has shipped.  You will generally get this email the evening before your package goes out.  Once you have received your item, we appreciate feedback as well.  If we did good, please leave us a positive feedback!  If there is any problems at all with your item, please email us so that we can work out the problem.  Once I know that our transaction is satisfactory, I will send you one more email through the eBay system.
• Do you combine shipping if I win more then one item?
• Absolutely!  If you win multiple items, please email me at the end of the auctions, and I will then issue you a new invoice, with the shipping combined, to save you money on your purchases.  If you are waiting on more auctions to end, just let me know when they are all completed, and I will give you a new invoice at that time.  I am happy to hold your purchases for up to a week, while other auctions are running their course.
• Whoops, I just realized that I didn't wait for a new invoice, and I overpaid the shipping - what now?
• Thats not a problem, I watch the invoices as I pack orders, and I refund shipping where it has been overpaid.  Please note, that this does cost me a little more money through paypal fees, then if we did it right in the first place, so I would rather you pay from a correct invoice...  but I won't punish you for overpaying.
• I paid $2.50 for postage, but I see on the label it cost you $2.26, are you ripping me off with postage?
• No, postage is not meant to be a profit center for our business.  We attempt to come up with a standard set of rules that cover everything, but it never does.  In most instances, our packaging costs are between 30 and 40 cents per order.  We do reuse incoming materials where we can, but we always use nice boxes, and rigi-mailers for the decals.  Anything that is breakable will be well protected with bubble wrap and peanuts.   Unlike some other dealers we don't try to hide alot of profit in S&H fees.  Infact, in over 50% of the shipments we lose a little money, in another 25% of the shipments we break even, and in the last 25% of the shipments, we make 50 cents or less on the shipment.  Our accountant says I should charge more for S&H, but I want to give you the best value I can.
• Steve, you dummy, you sent me the wrong thing!
• Email me, we will fix it.  We ship over 100 orders a week, sometimes, we mess up, but its rare.  When we do, we fix the problem!
• Can you write a lower value on the customs slip for me?
• As much as I feel your pain on paying customs taxes for orders coming into your country, our local post offices are demanding that invoices are attached to the boxes now.  It seems that this rule has been in effect for about a year (mid 2007), but not all post office branches follow through in the same way.  Unfortunatly, both of the post offices that I use, stick to this rule without exception.    What I am willing to do if needed, is split your purchases into a couple of shipments, if your willing to pay the difference in postage.  In some cases, by doing so, and staggering the shipping dates a few days, they will arrive at the destination without picking up additional customs taxes.

To summerize everything above, I treat my customers, how I want to be treated.  I ship as fast as I possibly can, but I do have a day job, so there are times when its a day or two past the day you paid before I get the items in the mail.  I ship everything in the order that it has been paid for.  I package items very well, so that you receive them in great condition.  I want you to be my customer for more then this one sale, so I will do everything in my power to make this a great buying experience for you, and when the sale is done, I will thank you for being my customer.
