To tell you all little about why I decided to start Ebay...........

It all started a few of years ago when my grandmother got very ill and couldn't look after herself anymore, Dad and I moved her from her flat while she was in hospital.  She had a 2 bedroom flat, but how much she fit into that flat! it took us 2 weeks to empty it!! she was moving into a small 1 bedroom flat in an old peoples warden contolled block, well we had to shrink things down, so dad took what he could and put it in his attic, i took what i could and did the same. Gran now lives in an old peoples home, she has one room, so we've had to shrink it down again, everything she didnt want or need. she's 92 now and still kicking bless her, she knackered from the eyebrows down, but her brain's still ticking as though she was 21.

So she's told me to clear everything out, "when I go the last thing you need is to deal with all this stuff" were her words.

So I'm doing as I'm told, (never argue with an ex-teacher)!!!

26 July 2005 - As a family we have just had some very bad news, as mentioned above Gran is not in a good way, we've just moved her again for the fifth time in to a nursing home and she only has a few days left, the doctor is visiting today and were not holding out much hope. So sincere apologies if I don't answer your questions and messages very quickly, I hope you can understand the reason. Bo

29 july 2005 - This morning Gran passed away, its a relief that she is no longer in so much pain, and she has now gone home.

Rest in Peace - Gran we miss you so very much, but you are now with your daughters and husband.

30 November 2005 - Went to the vet's for a checkup with one of the dogs .... I knew she was old as i'd only had her a year, but she was 9 yrs old back then, being a German shephard, I knew she'd probably have arthritis problems, but I found out she had cancer, and had to have her put to sleep. RIP Jazzy - I miss you, look after Gran for me.
