We don't know what original manufacturers have done with these refurbished products. But we do guarantee no DOA and cover them at least by our own 30 days (from the date your package is delivered according to FedEx or UPS record) functional warranty, (i.e. no satisfaction return).

If anything goes wrong, we will spend our own money to bring it back. Once return is confirmed as truly defective, we will mostly likely issue you full refund, including original S&H.  

However, we do not accept satisfaction return or trade for different model. Also we will charge 15% restocking fee and S&H is not refundable if we determine product is no fault found after we receive RMA return.

Where do we get all these refurbished products? Are they used? How are they refurbished? Who refurbished them? What are the exact package contents?

As a major PC components distributors in US. We have to provide warranty service to support our thousands of resellers that can not be extended from manufacturers.

From time to time we have to issue credit or pull brand new products from our regular inventory to replace customersbrand new DOA (dead on arrival) return. However, not all of them can also be covered by our DOA agreement with manufacturers. So we will not be able to get the same credit or brand new replacement back from manufacturers.

When that happens, we can only send the brand new DOA we took back from our customers to manufacturers for repair. Most likely manufacturer will not repair the exact piece of DOA return, but only to send replacement from their pool back to us.

So how manufacturers manage this turnaround is totally out of our knowledge and control. However, they are expected to return us a good functioning product like the brand new DOA we sent back to them in the way it should be working in the first place.

So most of our refurbished are actually in like new condition. This is quite different than the used, pulled from working environment offer. However, it is just not legitimate for us to put them back into our regular inventory and sell as brand new, but can only try to sell them as efurbishedto recover part of our loss.

Due to our huge transactions, it is for sure we will also end up huge numbers of refurbished products. Since they are not coming as brand new packages, so it is impossible for us to go through all of them to make sure their exact package contents. In order to avoid unnecessary dispute. We prefer to just market them as areworking product without any accessory. While quite large numbers of them can still be coming with complete original package contents. We just want to make sure you place your order based on your acceptance to get only a areworking product. If you are lucky to get extra goodies, then we want you to be happy with the free bonus.

• Do we provide faster shipping to meet urgent needs?
  absolutely not. Our operation is engineered to fulfill same day shipping for our major business in handling brand new regular inventory. All refurbished products are scattered among our RMA departments in all local branches. There are lots of extra efforts and coordinations required to pull them to shipping. So it is rather difficult to make same day shipping, and so make you spending higher cost for faster shipping meaningless. We don't want to be blamed for something we are not sure we can 100% control. So we don't want to take any timing urgent orders. Although we do most oftenly deliver orders in shorter lead-time to surprise customers than expected. Having more than 10 branches across US does give us great advantage to ship products from location nearest to you to save shipping time.
• Do we answer technical questions or provide advice on these refurbished products?
  definitely not. We will only provide you good quality product at very competitive cost. But we still want to reserve our resources to serve our main business and major customers. As such, even though we do have big army of technical service staffs. But we really want to keep our interaction with whoever comes to take advantage of our refurbished products to the very minimum. If we need to spend more efforts to get rid of this necessary sin. Then we might as well just dump them to the eager liquidators lined up on our front door, and you will have to pay higher price to buy from them.
• Are there still any manufacturer warranty left on these refurbished products?
  maybe and maybe not. there are too many of them and we really don't want to check them one by one to answer you. If they are phased out and obsolete models, then you should expect them to be without any manufacturer warranty. If they are still very new and active models, then you should have very good chance still to be taken care by their manufacturers.
• Are these refurbished products really of good quality, how do we guarantee?
  we stand behind every single piece of products we sold. Within 30 days from the date it is delivered to you, we will spend our own money to fix it without cost you one more penny.
