Guidelines
Payment – PayPal & Money Orders are the best methods to get your payment in. I prefer these two and feel it is also best for you. If you would like to send well concealed cash, it is at your own risk as I cannot be responsible for letters lost in the mail.
Any other form of payment will NOT be accepted. Please contact me within 5 days after auction ends and let me know how you are paying. On the 5th day, I will try to contact you and if I do not hear anything after 2 days, the item is mine and I’ll have to leave bad feedback or something.
Shipping – items will be shipped after I receive payment. I will let you know I have received your payment, when I ship the item and I will include a tracking number. Please, please do not hold me accountable for errors of the Post Office. If anything is lost, I cannot be responsible and thus, this is why I recommend getting a tracking number
Shipping within the U.S. is $4.00. If you want a tracking number, it's an additional .65 cents. $1.00 will be added for each additional item. This should ensure your item arrives within two to three days.
FINALLY – NO RETURNS or REFUNDS. If something is TOTALLY messed up, we’ll work it out.
Ask as many questions as you wish. I am online probably 15 million times a day, so it may take a day to respond, but it’s only because I want to make sure I’m answering you correctly. More pictures? Just ask. Sizing question? Just ask. Anything else? Just ask.
FEEDBACK – In the past, I would leave feedback for my buyers once I ship an item out. It only makes sense - buyers are great, they should get feedback for being awesome. BUT I haven't been receiving feedback from a lot of buyers, which bothers me for two reasons - I'm then not sure you received your item & I and other future buyers want to know what your opinion of your item was - good or bad. SO, PLEASE PLEASE remember to leave me feedback. There'll now be a note in your package and maybe your feedback to leave me some. Sorry to be a pain, but I like to hear what everyone has to say.
One last important thing – I wash everything before I send it out. Hand wash, cold with woolite. If you are allergic to laundry detergent, let me know and I won’t.
There is a cat that lives with us. She has free range of the house and sheds everywhere. I make sure I get any stray hairs off the item, but if you’re really allergic, let me know and I’ll double check for signs of Kitty.
