My Ebay Policies:
Returns: If there is a problem with an item please email me and I will try to resolve the issue---I DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS. If I accept the return -- it must be sent within 7 days and in same condition as it was sent. Please Please look at the pictures that I take of all items--I always try to take close ups so that you know what you are getting.
FEEDBACK: I will leave you positive feedback once you have left it for me..that way I know that you are satisifed. If there is a problem pleaes email me so we can work things out.
Shipping Policy: I always try to ship day after payment is made. Books over 14 ounces are sent USPS Media mail--due to weight-- Please note Media mail can take from 7-10 days to arrive. This is the only cost effective way to mail books. Otherwise items under 14 ounces are mailed USPS First Class mail and anything other than books that are over are mailed via USPS Priority mail. The only exception is if it is a very large item -- it may be mailed UPS or Fedex Ground. I do not ship parcel post--its way to slow for a few cents savings.
Shipping Discounts: Like items are eligible for shipping discount IF you email me first and I send you a combined invoice for all auctions with the reduced shipping costs---if you pay them individually I do not give a shipping discount. Books may not be combined with any other items except books for shipping reduction and some LARGE lots may not be eligible for discount--please email for info.
International: Some auctions are eligible for international shipping--please read that specific auction---please email me first for shipping costs -- so there are no surprises at the auctions end-- International shipping can be quite costly--I generally use Global Priority --except in sending to Canada -which I use Airmail Post. Please note my one "Negative feedback" was left by a person who did not read her email---I explained( I sent her several emails) to her after 2 weeks since mailing that after I returned from a trip to the UK I would go to the post office and investigate why her package had not arrived---and if I had no luck that at that time I would give her a full refund.(that would have been about 24 days after mailing-slow for even media mail), but she would not wait --I had no USPS access in the UK--so she left me negative feedback-- When I returned home and read my mail I found a letter from the USPS--they had apparently somehow separated the contents from the address label--and wanted a description--Needless to say since the customer would not wait I recvd negative feedback-------I ALWAYS ANSWER ALL EMAILS---I even check my spam folder to make sure they do not sneak in there ........so if there is a problem please email me---especially if your parcel has not shown up. I will always investigate and I am NEVER out to scam anyone---this is just a hobby for me that I really enjoy.
