Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it to Nutricity within 7 days for an exchange or refund. We proudly stand behind every product at Nutricity, offering superb quality and value to our customers.
Refunds apply only to returned merchandise - shipping fees are non-refundable. All returned items, including books and DVD's, must be in new (unopened), re-salable condition. If a package has been refused for any reason, or returned because we were given an incorrect address, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Please note that the customer pays for return shipping, via any method, and we cannot accept any CODs.
Please protect your return by getting a tracking number and/or insurance from the post office, UPS, or however you choose to return the item. You are responsible for the safe return of all items. If you wish to exchange the item, you will be charged the shipping cost for sending the new item to you.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is needed to expedite the return process. Wrap and tape the return securely, and send it with your RMA number noted on the outside of the box.
