We have been buying and selling beads on eBay since February 1999.  We are beaders who after having quite a few bad experiences on eBay buying from some of the "BIG" bead sellers, decided that there was a need for a good seller with quality items and affordable prices that could also offer great service, fast shipping and accurate orders.  90% of the orders we placed with other sellers took a month to get, were not the colors advertised (IE Light Siam instead of Siam) and were simply incorrect due to sellers just not caring about the customer.  We may not always have the BIGGEST selection or the LOWEST prices but it is our goal to be your favorite bead seller by offering you the best service, fast shipping and accurate orders.

We have implemented several procedures to help us ensure accuracy and efficiency.  Everything is counted, packaged and labeled as soon as it arrives so it is ready to ship.  For Swarovski crystals we only work with sealed factory packs. We bag and count the entire packs as soon as the seal is broken to ensure the quantities are correct.  All orders no matter how small are double checked for accuracy before they are shipped.

While I cannot say that we NEVER make a mistake we do work very hard to ensure your order is correct so that you can spend your time beading...you should not have to spend it worrying about errors and delays!  If we do make an error on your order please contact us ASAP so we can fix it!

eBay has now added detailed star ratings to their feedback system! When leaving feedback star ratings please keep in mind that they are for rating the SELLERS ACTIONS ONLY and are not for rating the things that are beyond the sellers control!

On eBay anything less than 5 stars means there was a problem!!  If you have a problem with your order please contact your seller and try to work things out before leaving less than 5 stars.  A seller cannot fix a problem if they do not know there was a problem. 

We will do everything we can to earn your 5 star ratings!  We are not a big business just two people dedicated to helping our fellow beaders find quality products at affordable prices.

Everything we sell is guaranteed to be AS DESCRIBED! If it is not then we made a mistake.  Please contact us and let us know so we can fix it!

We ship on Mon, Wed and Fri  all orders paid on or before midnight the previous day. Please do not penalize us for USPS delays that are beyond our control.  If for any reason we cannot ship your order on time we will email you.  If you did not get your shipment notification with your delivery confirmation # please check your spam settings.

We do not inflate our shipping & handling fees! We charge the lowest possible shipping & handling rate to cover only the actual cost of shipping & handling.  The rates include USPS first class parcel + delivery confirmation + only 20-50¢ for packing materials (a box or envelope + baggies, ink, paper, tape, labels etc). If you feel that 20-50¢ for packing materials is excessive then please do not bid.  We have each item set up with an add on rate that is based on the shipping weight of that item.  eBay's shipping calculator doesn't always work properly so if for any reason you feel that the shipping rate is a bit too high and/or not calculating properly please request and adjusted invoice.   If for any reason the shipping amount you paid is more than $1 over the actual postage we will send you a refund for the extra amount! Please do not penalize us for the USPS postage rates!

Please reserve the less than 5 stars ratings for the sellers who charge inflated shipping, wait days or even weeks to send your order, don't reply to your questions and purposely misrepresent the item!
