Payment Terms:
We prefer PayPal. Payments go to nwtech@pacbell.net. Ship only to Verified Addresses.
We also accept MC, Visa, AX, Discover, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check. Personal checks must clear prior to shipment. Credit card payments will require a Card Authorization Form.
Orders outside the US must pay with PayPal, Wire Transfer or Cashier’s Check.
Purchase Orders: We accept POs from Federal, State and Local Government, Hospitals, Schools. Arrangement must be made prior to purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel bids. Please only bid if you plan on following through. We report non-paying bidders.
Payment must be received within 3 days of close of auction. Winning bidder will be contacted by email within 24 hours of auction end. If auction winner does not respond within 72 hours, we reserve the right to sell to next highest bidder or re-list item at our discretion.

We do not guarantee remaining manufacturers warranty or transferability. Items sold are warranted or not based on terms in the auction description. As-is items do not carry any guarantee. Purchase those items if you have repair capabilities or can use the parts. New, unused, refurbished items are guaranteed per the terms in the auction description.
Passwords on software may have to be re-set. Software may have to be reloaded. Cables, manuals & software are not included unless otherwise stated. Check the pictures to make sure you understand what you are getting.
Shipping Information:
All orders shipped by UPS, FedEx or DHL. Street address necessary to use these services. Additional charges for incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping charges are based on actual shipping and packaging charges.
International orders must pay with Wire Transfer or Cashier’s Check. Shipping charges must be paid prior to shipping. All import costs, customs fees, duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

USPS shipping is available on request. Buyer must purchase USPS insurance. Please note that if a package is lost by USPS, handling claims can take up to 5 months. We are not responsible for this delay. This is a risk you accept if you choose USPS.
On multiple purchases, we combine shipping provided the items can be shipped together. Standard combined shipping is charged at 100% of highest shipping charge plus 25% of additional items.
