NYJewelryImports uses UPS 2nd Day mail for shipping of all items. For security purposes, all our items are fully insured against loss or damage. The cost of UPS 2nd Day insured package is $23.26 plus $.60 per every $100 of item value.

RETURN POLICY

NYJewelryImports values customer satisfaction. Therefore we are offering a 7 day return policy with a guaranteed full refund and no re-stocking fee. As long as returned items are received in the same condition that were sent, a full refund will be issued, minus shipping charges.

On loss or damaged returned items, a refund will be issued after settlement is received from the shipping insurer.
