Items are guaranteed to be as described. We offer a 5 day return policy on all items except furniture. When you receive the item from us, if it is not as we have described, you may return it if you notify us within 5 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price and the shipping cost.

Furniture exception: We are not able to offer that guarantee on furniture items shipped by freight and trucking companies. It would simply be difficult and extremely costly to have a piece of furniture shipped back to us.
