Payment is due no later than 3 days after the close of auction. We only accept Paypal, at this time (item will not be shipped until funds have cleared.)
All orders are processed immediately upon clearance of payment. This process can take approximately 24-48 hours. We ask that you please allow 3-4 weeks for the delivery of your item. Under normal circumstances you should recieve your item withing 7 - 10 business days. All items we sell are in stock at the time of listing; however, in the very rare event that an item becomes out of stock, you will be given the option to have your money refunded entirely, or wait for the product to be restocked. All of our items are restocked on a regular basis. International bidders should contact us prior to bidding to get shipping cost.
We describe every item that we sell as accurately as possible. We encourage everyone to ask any questions you might have about an item, before you bid. We take pride in the quality merchandise that we sell and are proud to offer a full 7 day money back guarentee! This policy covers ONLY factory defects. We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged by the carrier, without insurance. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing insurance for breakable items. We package things extremely well, and cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in transit.
