call us to arrange for expedited shipping.

Payment Terms:

Payment is required within 7 Days of purchase, otherwise a UPI will be filed and the item will be relisted.
PA Residents are subject to 6% state sales tax on items. If you have a Tax Exempt form please contact us.

ObSolution, LLC accepts PayPal for eBay sales. We also accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard or
Discover via telephone. Please contact us if you have any additional payment concerns.

All items are sold as is. 
Refunds are given in the case of gross mis-representation of item.
We strive for 100% feedback, contact us with any questions or concerns.

 

Shipping:

Orders will be packed and shipped within 1 - 5 business days of purchase. We will gladly combine shipping
for multiple purchases. All items are carefully packed to avoid damage.
A handling fee of $1.00 to $2.75, depending on size of item is included in the freight to offset this expense.
Shipping insurance is not mandatory, but is highly recommended as we will not be held responsible for
packages lost or damaged during shipment.

Domestic Shipping:

ObSolution, LLC ships primarily through UPS and the United States Postal Service. If you would like your items
shipped with DHL or Federal Express, please contact your shipping service to schedule a pickup from our facility.

International Shipping:

ObSolution, LLC ships primarily through United States Postal Service for international shipments.  Due to the
inability to track packages accurately with USPS Priority International, USPS Express International will be the
primary service offered. If you would like UPS International for your shipment, please contact us.
