PAYMENT/SHIPPING/PACKAGING/ETC:
We accept personal cheque, money order, bank draft, and paypal. In most cases, paypal is preferred. It is very easy for both sellers and buyers, and the bottom line is that it is safe. If you pay with paypal, we generally ship your card(s) out within 5 business days.
Personal cheque is our least preferred method, as international cheques can take up to 30 business days to clear in Canada. Generally, cheques take a minumum of 15 business days to clear. If you have paid in this way, please keep this in mind. Your card will not be mailed out under any circumstances until your payment has cleared. As with paypal payments, cards will ship out within 5 business days after the payment has cleared.
Money orders are another accepted form of payment, but they are subject to a 15 day hold. International customers please note that we only accept two types of money orders: INTERNATIONAL POSTAL MONEY ORDER, or a money order drawn at a MAJOR BANK. DO NOT SEND A UNITED STATES POSTAL MONEY ORDER THAT SAYS: "negotiable only in the US and possessions." This is not recognized in CANADA. Such money orders will be returned. Further, money orders drawn at small credit unions take up to 30 business days to clear. Money orders must be drawn from a MAJOR BANK.
A NOTE ABOUT E-CHECK PAYMENTS:
While a number of ebay members pay with e-check, please note that if you send this form of payment, it takes 5-7 business days to clear. Our auctions state that PAYMENT IS TO BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS, DEPENDING ON THE AUCTION (please see auction terms in each case) so please DO NOT send your e-check on the final day. Please send e-check payments BY THE 3rd BUSINESS DAY. Sending it on the final day is a breach of contract as the payment will not be received on time.
If you pick up your item(s) in person, please be aware that we ONLY accept cash for in-person pickups. In the event of a very large monetary transaction further arrangements may be made.
Shipping costs are determined by the Canadian Postal Service, FEDEX, UPS, etc., and include the cost of all packaging materials.
All USA-bound, high value items are shipped directly from the USA on a weekly basis.
INSURANCE IS MANDATORY ON ALL PURCHASED ITEMS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
How we package:
1. All graded cards are placed into an oversized graded card sleeve.
2. Thick cardboard is placed on either side of the card and then taped.
3. Cards are then placed into a bubble envelope.
While this process can add to the shipping weight, your card(s) will not get damaged. We refuse to send cards un-insured and just thrown in an envelope. If the card(s) were to get damaged, we would both be out. Please do not ask us to ship cheaply or un-insured as we will not accomodate any such requests.
FEEDBACK POLICY:
Feedback is left once transactions are completed and the purchaser has left feedback. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE EMAILS STATING THAT YOU WILL LEAVE FEEDBACK IF WE WILL. The auction page states all rules VERY CLEARLY. When the purchaser leaves feedback it let's us know that you received your item. By leaving feedback, you have made us aware of this. When you receive your item(s), please take a moment to leave us feedback, it takes less than one minute to do and means a lot to us. If there is any problem with your item, don't cause a rift by leaving negative feedback, please contact us to see if we can resolve the situation. However, buyer's remorse is not a reason to be unhappy with a card.
Please understand that by purchasing an item from us, it signifies that you have read all terms and have understood them. If you have any questions, please email them BEFORE you bid on an item. If you cannot agree to the stated terms for any reason, please do not bid. It is unacceptable to try and adjust our auction terms once you have won an item. Do not assume something either, please clarify BEFORE bidding.
