Terms & Conditions: All sales are final! Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Payment must be received within three (3) days of auction closing, or buyer forfeits all rights to purchase.
Payment methods: Money Order/Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express. All price and payments must be in US currency.
Please note: cashiers checks and personal checks are held for 10 business days before product ships.
Sales Tax: California residents pay 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping & Handling: OCStereo does NOT ship to International, PO or APO/FPO addresses for any reason, under any circumstance.
OCStereo does NOT combine shipments for any reason, under any circumstance.
OCStereo is NOT responsible for fees, taxes, tariffs and/or brokerage fees associated with shipping product to Canada.
Each product must be insured to guarantee full replacement value in the event that the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Shipping & insurance costs are nonrefundable. Any claim for insurance has to be filed, processed, and check received from the insurance company before sending out replacement item, if available. This process can take 4-6 weeks.
OCStereo does NOT refund shipping costs for any reason, under any circumstance.
Returns & Warranty: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. In order to remain competitive in today marketplace and continue to provide exceptional service to its customers we offer:
Returns must be received by OCStereo within 14 days of the original invoice date.
Installed items can only be accepted for warranty, we will not refund or exchange installed items.
All shipping charges for returned products are to be paid by a customer.
Products must be in resalable condition in its original packaging with all original manuals, accessories & etc.
Charges will apply for all parts missing.
Please allow up to 15 business days for processing refunds
15% restocking fee will apply and the purchase price will be refunded, less shipping charges.
To return merchandise for repair or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in original packaging condition and require RMA #. Packages without RMA # will not be accepted.
To obtain your RMA# send an email to OCStereo@yahoo.com, please describe the reason for return.
We are not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a traceable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx with good packaging (including original packing) and full insurance paid. The RMA# number that was issued to you should be clearly written on the top of the box and not covered by any labels.
We are not responsible for typographical errors or change in manufacturing specifications.
Non-paying bidder policy: Please read the auction description carefully and bid responsibly! OCStereo does NOT tolerate non-paying bidders. If OCStereo is unable to establish contact with the high bidder within three (3) business days from the end of the auction, the following penalties will occur:
Item will be re-listed and non-paying bidder will be assessed a $25.00 restocking fee.
Negative feedback will be left for non-paying bidder.
OCStereo will file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert with eBay which may ultimately lead to indefinite suspension.
