Welcome to Odd Bodkin Renaissance Shop.
We have been in business since 1997 and on eBay since June of 2001! Our
original ID was pirate_chic but we only use that account for selling off
personal items now.
After being on the road for 7 years working at
various Renaissance Festivals, we decided to settle down in this quaint
little town and set up shop making garments for our many friends and customers
both old and new. These are not flimsy costumes but real clothing, made
to last for years and look fabulous. We get our inspiration from many
sources, but each pattern is our own, unique design.
eBay is a great market place, but it is impossible
to showcase all of our designs in this format, especially our numerous

We now have a blog called The Lazy
Seamstress for all our garb lovers. We will be announcing sales, releasing
new designs and talking about shop life, amongst other things. Devlyn
will also be available to answer questions and share sewing secrets.
Another new thing we have started doing is putting
Ready to Wear garments up for sale on eBay and our website. Most of our
clothing is made to order. That is why you can choose various options
like size, grommet color, length, etc. Ready to Wear items are what we
have in stock and are of limited availability. We sell these on our website,
in our store, over the phone, on eBay and they often go quickly. We don't
take a lot of time taking good pictures or posting lots of details, just
the basics, so make sure you measure carefully and ask any questions before
you buy. The rest of our work contains all the information that also applies
to these in stock items. There is no difference in quality whatsoever!

or call us. We have a plethora of fabrics in stock, or we can use your
fabrics that you send to us as long as it's a good weight to make a bodice.
Send us a picture or a sketch, or just let us know what you want and we
can work with you to create a beautiful garment. Once we decide on a price,
