Shipping Policies
- All items are factory radio systems and in perfect condition when they are packed to be shipped to you.
- Every precaution is taken to protect your item for shipping.
- We have a great reputation for packing the products extremely well.
- Full shipping insurance is recommended for all items in case of damage or loss during transit you will be full covered.
- If any claim needs to be filed, we will be responsible for doing so and send you another one the day we received the damaged item.
- Buyer will pay shipment charge for any damaged item to returning to us.
- And will pay the shipping to send a replacement to you.
Return Policy
- We accept all return items and send you a replacement the day we received the damage one if it is damaged on the shipping process or if become defective within the first 30 days.
- We only refund if we don have a replacement for damaged item.
- If we need to refund, we only refund the price of the item not shipping or insurance.
- It is your responsibility to buy the right unit, so if you purchase the wrong item and want to return it, we will charge you 25% restacking fee.
