• Packing Materials. We purchase boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, specialized mailings, etc. to make sure you get what you pay for.
• Quality Packaging. We want to make sure your package arrives undamaged. This is the handling portion :). We have a paid staff of professional shippers who package every order.
• Guaranteed delivery. We self insure every package. If your package fails to arrive or is damaged in shipping, you are covered!  You get your product--guaranteed.
• Shipping Costs. We have the equipment to meter and ship everything we sell--paying the ever rising UPS and USPS fees.
• Correspondence. We answer every email quickly and courteously and have an email system which will keep you informed each step of the way. You will know when we ship your package and if you have any questions, we are here to answer them. We are just an email or phone call away.

All of these elements contribute to the cost of shipping and handling. We have found that our products are usually purchased, shipped and safely delivered for significantly less than can be found elsewhere--whether locally or on the web.  Bid with the total cost in mind.

Because of our guaranteed delivery policy, we reserve the right to ship with the shipper of our choice. If we use a shipper different from what you choose at checkout, we will pay any additional shipping cost.  We are not responsible for any customs/brokerage fees on international orders.
