All items must be paid by Paypal 3 days after listing closes. Non-payment will result in item being offered to highest bidder.
- We definitely want to take care of any problem that occurs within the warranty period. Please read everything below if you have a return or defective item.
- Most items carry a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated in the ad. Some printers carry a 6 month warranty and this will be stated in those particular listings.
- Call us immediately if a problem occurs and speak with our tech department. We do try and resolve issues over phone first. 800-730-2579 Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM CST.
- All warranty items must have a tech call done and completed by our technical department. This is imperative.
- We will repair or replace the defective item at our discretion within the warranty period.
- Warranty replacements will be shipped via ground and we will pay for warranty replacement shipping to you.
- We will also pay for the warranty item to be shipped back to us at no cost to you. We will send you a return shipping label included with the warranty replacment item or email it to you.
- Change your mind about your a purchase? Sure we will take it back within the first 30 days. Item must be in unused condition as originally sent. Box it up securely as stated below, call 800-730-2589 and ask for returns.
- Returns on non-defective items will be charged a 20% restock fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM or BOX:
1. If your box is torn or damaged in anyway,write a note on the form that the delivery driver hands you to sign stating all visible damage.
2. Open the package and check the contents for damage. SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS-- THIS IS A MUST in order to file a claim.
3. CALL US IMMEDIATELY. 800-730-2589 or 405-232-7177. If it's after hours, then leave us a message with your Name, Ebay User ID, Your Phone Number and the Tracking Number off the box.
4. Take pictures of broken item and box. Email them to us immediately at: okidatapros@yahoo.com. If you can't take pictures, then CALL US IMMEDIATELY and we will give you futher instructions.
5. Federal Express and USPS have STRICT POLICIES ON CLAIM FILING. TIME IS CRITICAL ON CLAIM FILING! CALL US IMMEDIATELY.
RETURNS PROCEDURE:
1.If an item malfunctions within the first 30 days, call us or email at: okidatapros@yahoo.com at 800-730-2589 or 405-232-7177.
2.When calling or emailing, give us your: model number,date of purchase,Ebay ID, Ebay item number, phone number and description of the problem. NOTE: We do tech calls Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm CST.
3. A technician will call you to try and solve the problem. If the equipment is defective, it will be replaced or repaired as long as the item is in warranty. Our staff will give you an RMA number to write on the outside of the box.
HOW TO PACKAGE--extremely important:
1. Take off all knobs before boxing.
2. All returns and warranty items must be packaged well. Printers must be wrapped in large bubble 2 times around and taped securely. Pour peanuts into bottom of a good box and insert the bubble wrapped printer. Then stuff/pack peanuts all the way around the printer and on top of it. You must have 3" of peanuts all the way around the printer/item. The box must be packed tight due to shifting of packing materials in transit. A well packed box can be dropped on any side and not sustain damage, so keep that in mind while packing. Boxes sometimes get dropped in transit .
3. You are responsible for how you package returns and warranty printers. Do YOUR PART and PACK YOUR BOX WELL. Don't hesitate to call for further instructions. We want your printer or item to arrive safely. We can't stress good packaging enough.
4. We do have to charge for items broken in transit due to poor packaging.
5. We are a small business and can't afford un-necessary cost and we want to give you best information we can about saving us all money and time!
