I have been involved in buying, selling and collecting antiques and collectibles for over 30 years and have been working with vintage clothing for even longer.
I consider myself a professional, and this is my major source of income. I am aware that I cannot succeed without YOU and care about your satisfaction.
You will find offered a wide selection of vintage, and top quality gently used clothing. My philosophy has always been that dressing and decorating should be fun, and a way to express your personal individuality. For this reason, I try to seek out the rare and unusual.
My personal passions are largely anything to do with handmade, one of a kind items, and any types of fabric arts. If I could be said to have a specialty I think it would be in the areas of vintage fashion and linens.
However, I must admit that I have a hard time "letting go" of the best of these. Soon, my house will be bulging, and I will start having to list some of the spectacular items I have been accumulating over the years. Keep watching!.

Our return policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 3 days. Please email for return instructions. Shipping will only be refunded in the instance of serious omissions or misrepresentation by us.
I try very hard to describe all items honestly and accurately. I reveal all flaws that I find. But, PLEASE UNDERSTAND that most of the items I sell have been used, often for 60 years or more. Very few items, especially fabric items will be in MINT CONDITION. And, occasionally I have, with the best of intentions, missed something that I should have mentioned. I guarantee all items to be as described. If you feel that I have SIGNIFICANTLY misrepresented an item, please let me know.
I accept money orders, or credit card payments through Paypal or Bidpay. Sorry, checks can be accepted from Canadian buyers only. All Canadian buyers must calculate and include 6% GST on the total value of their order including shipping. As a registered seller I am required by law to collect this from all Canadian buyers and neglecting to include this will delay shipping your purchase.
All shipping is done from Canada. Please be aware that delivery time may be slower than you are used to. We ship the same or next business day after your payment is received, but delivery can take 10-17 business days, sometimes longer, depending on how long it takes to clear Customs.
Please send your mailing information within 3 days after the close of the auction. Payment should be received within 10 days after the sale unless other arrangements have been made. I am pretty flexible as long as I know what is going on.

GENERAL INFORMATION
CONDITION RATINGS
MINT - In the same condition as when
it left the store. Very few vintage and antique items can claim this.
NEAR MINT - No problems, as close to "new"
as possible for age.
EXCELLENT - Shows normal wear expected for age, but
nothing easily visible.
VERY GOOD - Shows normal wear expected for age with
some minor problems visible, but problems will not detract.
GOOD - Has some definite visual problems. Structure
is intact. Problems could be fixed.
I will seldom
if ever offer anything that rates lower than GOOD, but might on occasion
if item is extremely rare or hard to find in any condition. I describe everything
in detail as to condition, but these ratings should be helpful.
SIZING
All clothing items will be listed with measurements for accuracy.
If you would like more, please feel free to E-MAIL me. Any sizes mentioned are an estimate only, unless the size is given on
the label. Even then, sizes vary greatly from one manufacturer to another,
and the vintage sizes are often considerably different from those we are used
to now. For accuracy, please go by the measurements, and allow enough
extra room to move comfortably.
Bust measurements are taken from the fullest part of the
bust.
Waist measurements are taken from the natural waistline unless
otherwise specified.
Hip measurements are taken from the widest part of the hips,
which is generally 9" below the waist.
Back shoulder measurement is the space between one sleeve
seam to another measured at the shoulder seam.
Sleeve length is generally measured from the shoulder seam,
except in cases where there is no shoulder seam, they would be measured from
the under arm seam, and this would be mentioned.
Inseam measurements for pants are from the crotch following
the inseam line to the pant hem.
