I have been selling records on eBay for 4 years now. Selling is truly fun, you get to know a lot of people, their interests, and sometimes exchange ideas with them. Some of you may know me from my other user IDs and are my regular customers. I try to maintain a good feedback but sometimes you can not please everyone. My negative feedback is from a newcomer who has an email technical problem and blamed me for not responding to his email. Please NO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. If you have any complain regarding shipping, services or item that you purchase. Please inform me and we will try to work out a compromise agreement. I always put customer satisfaction at my highest priority. I thank everyone who purchased from me, whether you are a new ebayer or a long time customer. Without you I have no business here. Mailing ConcernsMailing from the Philippines takes about 2-4 weeks to US and Europe. On rare occasions it takes longer than expected especially during holidays. Additional $2.00 for Registered Mail. I will not be liable for lost mails if not registered. For valuable items I recommend that we use DHL or TNT courier service. This is the fastest (3-4 days) and safest method of mailing. Fee is $35.00 for parcels (minimum) and $25.00 for documents, prices may increase if it exceeds the minimum weight. |
