I am an "ordinary" mom of six children who range in age from 14 to 31. We had our last little miracle when I was 46 (a wonderful surprise!). I sell on ebay to help with enormous medical costs.  The Lord has been wonderful to us and our medical costs have diminished over the years, but we still have very high prescription, doctor, lab, and hospital expenses. In addition, my husband had a traumatic brain injury three years ago and tends to fall quite a bit. His last falls resulted in three breaks to his ankle in four days! Life is not dull here, but we are very happy for the kindness of others who have made things go better than we expected.

Originally I worked under the user ID of "Foghornbooks" because we live near a foghorn, and I love it. When ships are lost and can't see clearly, the foghorn reaches out and helps them find their way. That is how we feel about the Lord! We are in the "fog" until he guides us. However, Duluth got rid of its foghorn, so I decided it was time for a change. We have a fantastic 110+ year old building called Old Central High School, and I picked that name for my user ID. Every 15 minutes Old Central's bell tower chimes to let us know it is there. Our Lord, fortunately, doesn't need to use chimes. We know He is always there all the time!

I have tons of old books and many other items which I hope to list eventually. I also have many old textbooks from as far back as 1824.  Until I organize all my books, I list whatever I can find that seems interesting. 

We have been very blessed by eBay.  Buyers and sellers have given us so much, especially prayers. Thank you !! One special couple even arranged for my son to see an NHL game (he loves hockey).  Thank you all for what you have done.
