All items we sell Brand New from the factory are typically Guaranteed from
the manufacture! Used (second hand) do not come with a warranty. We DO
NOT honor any manufactures warranty, and any and all items needing
service must go back to the manufacture of that product. Due to
the fact that we are not either the manufacturer, or a department store
- all sales are final. We typically DO NOT
offer returns, refunds. Exchanges will be offered on an individual basis
after review. All exchange shipping costs will be the
responsibility of the purchaser.

Return Policy
*Any request for return must be authorized
*All authorized returns will be issued a RGA
number
*The RGA number must be printed on the outside
of the return package.
*All shipping costs for returns will be the
responsibility of the purchasing customer.
*All retuned items must be in NEW / UNUSED
condition
*All return items will be subject to a 25%
restocking fee
If you receive your item damaged: Unfortunately
UPS isn't perfect, and we do get complaints from time-2-time about damaged
product. Please contact us ASAP at (301)412-1793 so that we can can start
the UPS "Damage Claims" process. We will handle this process on
our end from start to finish, and it typically takes a week to 10 days for the
entire process. At that point we will be more than happy to replace your
item at no charge. In the event the item was the last one in our
inventory, we would then offer you a complete refund.
If you won and paid for an item from
our auctions:
Please, be patient. We ship from 7 different warehouses from East and
West Coast locations. Your payment will be processed, item packed,
labeled and shipped within 3 business days via UPS. You will receive an
email directly from UPS that will confirm shipping and include a
tracking number. If you email us with any delivery questions,
please include the auction number, email and billing address.
We do NOT ship to P.O. Box
addresses!
We do NOT ship to APO / AE addresses!
We ship to Physical address ONLY via UPS!
Payment via Personal checks,
Money Orders or Cashier Checks:
Make sure you include the auction number; name of the auction and your
shipping address clearly printed on a separate piece of paper.
It is necessary for our clerks to mail the item correctly and without
unnecessary delay. Personal checks will be held for 6 business days
prior to shipment of your product.

1. You win the item.
2. You pay for the item.
3. You receive the item from us.
4. You may then leave us feedback if you choose to do so (we will never
email you requesting feedback).
5. We will then leave feedback for you at this point.

Basically we will only leave feedback for those who choose to leave
feedback for us first. This is due in part to the fact we have received several retaliatory
negative feedbacks for issues that were out of our control. We have
conducted over 6000 transaction over the past 5 years, and have better than a
99.6% positive feedback response.
