Our prices and service are simply unbeatable!  When it comes to quality products, price and customer service, we are unmatched.  We truly understand what our customers want, because quite honestly, we are customers ourselves!  You see, this business has evolved from our love of restoring, selling and collecting vintage pinball machines.   We have our own pinball collections, and as such, we intimately understand what the pinball community is looking for.  We are doing everything we can to help fill that need.  If there is something you are looking for that is not listed, whether it is a particular part or machine, let us know.  Chances are, we know where to get it.   We package our items carefully and ship promptly.  Order placed by noon PST, normally ship the same day.  Our service and dedication to customer service is reflected in our 100% positive feedback.  Give us a shot.  You absolutely won't be disappointed!


Shipping:

Once payment is received, we normally ship the item the same day.   We understand that our customers do not want to wait a week or two to receive their item.  We do everything we can to get it there ASAP.  If you require expedited shipping, just let us know.  We are able to ship anywhere in the world, and welcome international customers.


Guarantee:

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.  We will promptly issue a money back refund if:

• You are not satisfied with your item for any reason.  No questions asked.
• The item never gets to you because it gets "lost in the mail".
• The item takes much longer than it should have to get to you (due to USPS shipping delay, etc).
• The item gets damaged in some way during shipment.

In short, have confidence in the item that you purchase.   If there is any kind of problem with the transaction, it will be fixed.



Payment:        

We accept all major forms of payment including cashiers check, money order, personal check, cash, credit card via paypal, and paypal.  Please note, for personal checks there will be holding period until the funds clear.  California residents will be charged 7.25% for sales tax.


Buy/Sell:

We are always buying and selling pinball machines. If you have one that you are interested in selling, please contact us. We are probably interested and offer fair prices. Likewise, we restore and sell working pinball machines. If you are looking for a pinball machine for your gameroom, let us know!
