WHO WE ARE? - We have been specializing in all types of fractional gold for over 35 years. We remain one of the largest sellers of fractional gold and tokens on eBay, the internet and the world. We can offer these rare and hard to find items by traveling extensively throught the United States and Canada. One would have to attend several years of numismatic conventions and auctions across the US to compete with the amount of inventory and variety that we normally maintain. Our prices are reasonable and sometimes near wholesale. Dealers worldwide contact us with their offerings as they realize we pay high prices due to specializing in this narrow field of numismatics. Bottom line is that we have the inventory and customers that most dealers do not when it comes to fractional gold. We do our best to make every transaction a positive one as we want your repeat business. We offer one-on-one personalized service when most dealers won't give you the time of day. We know. We have to deal with them too. We are NOT here for the short term. Questions? We love them. If we don't know the answer, most likely nobody does when it comes to fractional gold. GUIDELINES FOR BIDDING - We generally do as much describing as needed in our listings. We encourage you to look at the scans and email us if you have any questions. Please ask questions PRIOR to bidding. Don't wait until the last day of the auction as we may not be available to reply to your email. We will reply as soon as possible. Our merchandise is not sent on approval. The item is being fully described with clear, enlarged pictures. Nothing is implied. This is an auction & the bidder determines the actual value. If you don't know how an auction works, don't bid. Buyer pays listed shipping charges as stated unless listed as FREE SHIPPING. Insurance is sometimes required, include or optional. If you choose not to pay for insurance you agree you will not hold us responsible for any lost or damaged items. Unless otherwise stated, all items are sent via US Postal Service. Multiple lots can be combined to save shipping costs. Payment accepted via PayPal which includes all major credit cards, debit cards and checks via eCheck. We can no longer list paper payments as being accepted in our listings. Most items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all items have a 5 day return policy only if an item has been described incorrectly. Buyer remorse is not an accepted reason for a return. Why? Each listing takes alot of time & money to generate and finalize. Highly detailed pictures, descriptions, research, etc. all take a large amount of time. This is in addition to the combined 10-15% fees and commissions we must pay to eBay & Paypal. You must email or call us with your intent to return an item so we are aware or your return. Items removed from original holders are considered sold. Most items are shipped in 2x2 flips for inspection with a tamper-proof heat-seal. DO NOT tamper with the seal or flip as we will send the item back without a refund. This is a standard, industry procedure. Shipping & insurance fees are non-refunable.
