Decided I better update my E-Bay profile since I've been a member of E-Bay since 1999. I have bought and sold various items, mainly craft things! I have exellent ratings and plan to keep that way, I have learned as a seller to insure items sent, and asked for a signature for items delivered that I sell, I consider it a safety net for both the buyer and myself. I've only had one unpleasant experience as a buy, something got lost in the mail and the seller didn't offer insurance and didn't insure the item and it got lost. The seller was argumentive and very slow and I mean very slow at resolving the problem, but finally came through with a substitute since she told me she didn't have the money to refund me. But I feel fortunate because it's only been one time and it wasn't big money spent, but it was something I really wanted for my grandchildren. So advice, I would give to buyers it read the fine print and ask questions before you make a bid and look at the sellers rating and how they have resolved any negative feed back, things do happen, but it's how it is resolved, was it in a timely manner, did they refund or resend another item, or sell the item as is, there are customers who are never happy no matter what you do and you have to deal with them the best you can. Anyway, this is my update and this is me with E-Bay after all these years!
