the european union is causing some hassles and there are several items that are not allowed to be bid on. the best thing to do is contact me directly at olivesangel@aol.com and i can answer all questions about what i can and can't sell to EUs.

If for ANY reason there is a problem, please have the kind courtesy to keep Olivesangel apprised - don't just ignore requests for payment(s) because this will only result in seller filing an NPB and subsequent negative feedback (sorry). I do not use negative feedback as a threat to buyers; on the contrary, my goal is to turn my buyers into long term happy clients, NOT ENEMIES.
Unless you receive an incorrect item, there are no refunds or exchanges. I take stringent measures to send you exactly what you purchased and it leaves my hands in perfect condition. If an item is damaged through shipping and you have not insured the item, please realize that this is not a regular department store and I am not liable for this damage; there will not be any refund or exchange. If an item is being shipped via USA 1st class mail - it ships in a bubble mailer only (no further packing materials). If you want the additional safety of a box, then shipment can be via priority mail, but you must contact seller to make this shipping change at an additional shipping cost. No exceptions, sorry.

Buyer Pays $5.75 for U.S. PRIORITY MAIL Shipping Flat Fee
USA Priority Mail Shipping is in either in a USPS box, a plain brown box, a flat-rate envelope; or a regular priority mail envelope (may be bubble mailer) – in any case shipment is via Priority Mail via USPS. Please be sure to verify which shipping packaging it will be if you’re concerned.
Seller Pays for Tracking on all Packages shipped in the USA only.
I GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING (if applicable)! As it states “I” combine the shipping cost – Please do not calculate shipping costs on your own – Please wait until you have alerted me to the fact that you are done shopping, then I will issue you 1 combined invoice w/1 combined shipping cost.
~ INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION ~
Shipping outside the 50 states of the United States is considered international and will cost more and take longer - request a quote!
There are a ton of new rules regarding EU (European Union). These rules are changing all the time. If your country is within the EU there are certain items you can NOT bid on, but there ARE items you CAN bid on – please contact me DIRECTLY at olivesangel@aol.com to figure out if you are able to purchase from me.
As of right now I have posted that there is no shipping to Europe, but that does not include all of my items, so PLEASE contact me directly at olivesangel@aol.com to clarify.

International payments can ONLY be made via Paypal.
UNLESS an international package is shipped via EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL – there will be NO tracking information and there will be NO insurance applicable. Please do NOT ask for any tracking information on your international shipment unless you paid for EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL. 1st class mail international shipment can take up to 14 business days for you to receive, though we always hope for a quicker delivery. Again, 1st class mail international and/or Priority mail International shipping DOES NOT include insurance or tracking. Any package that is $75.00 or more will be shipped via Express Mail International. Any package that weighs over US 4lbs will be shipped via Express Mail International. All rules apply.

1st class mail international shipping will be in a bubble mailer envelope or a box – this will be decided by WEIGHT. HOWEVER, if you prefer the safety of a box via 1st class mail international the cost will be higher (please inquire). In either case, 1st class international does NOT include insurance or tracking!
