Craig and Angela have been together for a number of years now, but have been friends since they were 4 years old!!!! They have 2 very cheeky boys, Adam age 10 and Oliver who is 8 years old, and both are such a handful!!!!!
Tapestry Of Delights came about after Craig worked for many years in a terrible printing firm that treated their staff as numbers and not people!!! We had always wanted to start our own business and the final straw came when Craig was put onto horrendous shifts at work and we nearly split up thanks to our lifestyle totally changing. We love each other so much and have gone through many bad times together including my hip replacement, but surfaced reasonably unscathed out the other side - so it seemed silly to waste all our experiences together not to give it once last shot.
We have put our hearts and souls intoTapestry Of Delights, which was finally officially opened on 1st May 2004 and it has changed our lives completely.
Working from our converted loft at home, we feel we can dedicate everything to our business. If there is a product that someone needs and we don't supply it, we will always try our absolute best to source it for them or perhaps even recommend someone else who can help.
We adore trading on ebay, as we've come across such a varied group of truly wonderful people and have made some really sincere friends, and by running it along side our website of the same name, our range is steadily growing day by day. We are 100% honest traders, and will only sell items we have in stock, but we do at times make mistakes, thanks to constant interruptions from two very demanding young children, but we are human, and always work with our customers to try offer solutions and advice that will help.
We do not overcharge for postage (as assured by all our regulars), and if we have, we will always refund you the difference. Also if you are in any way unhappy with your order or it's not what you expected, we always offer a no quibble guarantee, and will refund or replace your item until you are 100% satisfied.
We have received minimal negative/neutral feedback, but all the same it is very upsetting when you try your absolute best to please everyone. So we believe these feedback comments to be totally unjustified, because the people who left them, didn't even attempt to get in touch and inform us of any problems they had - the main reason being deliveries not turning up. If they had, we would have sorted things out quickly to help them. All our regular customers are fantastic as you will see from our excellent feedback - but as I'm sure you will agree, once something leaves our home, we feel so useless as it is then in the hands of the postal services, so all we can do is wish the parcel a speedy and safe delivery. We always despatch orders either on the same day you pay, Mondays if you pay over the weekend or next day if you pay after 12 noon.
