Q: Hi, I forgot to add something on the comment section. Please package carefully. I am new to ebay but 3 things I have bought have been broken in shipment (little padding). One item was listed as Vintage but it wasn't vintage at all. I think one of the items "broken in shipment" was just cracked ( 1.5 inches) and chipped before it was shipped! The seller called this "acceptable". I like the way you were so honest about the chips on the jar. I thank you for that. I wish all sellers would be as honest as you. Sincerely, Ann

Q: Hi Kim - Just wanted you to know that the lovely set of triple candle holders arrived in perfect condition. I wanted to write, as they had actually arrived at our post office Friday, after we had been there earlier that morning, for pickup. So, due to the post office being closed on Saturdays, the box was not picked up until yesterday. I want to thank you for such a smooth transaction and let you know that they have arrived safely. They are just as beautiful as you described, and it was a delight to open them. I truly appreciate your packing them so safely and securely. Hi Kim: Just wanted to drop you a quick note and let you know that the 3-light fixture and the clock arrived safely - thanks for all the care taken in packing them so carefully and for shipping so quickly. Q: Kim & Mike, I got the bowl and pitcher yesterday - I know it didn't have to come very far but holy cow! I certainly didn't expect it so fast. Thank you, it's beautiful. I didn't expect my bidding competition to have such a high maximum bid but I wasn't about to let it get away. I have a nice washstand that I bought this for. Honestly now that I have it here I do think the bowl is a little too big, won't know until I get it home, but if it is oh well-- I'll just have to buy another and this super one can sit on my dresser.
