Who am I buying from? We specialize in value-smart instruments, electronics, and accessories fot the musician. We have over 40 years of experience in playing, recording, teaching, and sales of musical instruments. If you have any questions, please let us know. How do I purchase an item? To purchase an item on eBay you either 1) need to bid on the item within an auction setting (and win the auction with the highest bid) or 2) click on the "Buy It Now" button in a fixed price setting. You will then be notified within 24 hours via email with instructions onhow to complete the transaction. What is your Shipping Policy? Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you refuse a delivery: If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees (and tariffs and duties on international shipments) will also be charged back at the time of return. Title; Risk of Loss Title to products passes from Elevation Music to you on shipment from our or our designee's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is your responsibility. Title to any licensed intellectual property will remain with the applicable licensor(s). Customer "pick up" is not available for some items. ALL ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP ARE CHARGED 7.475% MO SALES TAX AND A $10 PICK-UP FEE RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN NUMBER (RMA) WILL BE DENIED AND SENT BACK TO SHIPPER What is your Return Policy? Elevation Music only accepts returns made within the first forty five (45) days of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this forty five (45) day guarantee period. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show NO signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. REFUNDS ARE FOR PRODUCT VALUE ONLY. The following items are nonreturnable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, soundcards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, MOUTHPIECES, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos. Elevation Music only accepts returns made within the first 45 days from shipment. Store Credit Only merchandise: Microphones, Wireless products and Recording equipment, including Multi-Track, Hard Disk, DAT, CD, Tape Recorders and Duplicators. Non-Returnable merchandise: Copy-protected material: Sheet Music, Books, Videos, Software, Sample Libraries, and CD-ROM's Please allow 2 weeks for processing your return.
