To enable us to maintain these low prices we are a
minimalist business run by myself, (Piers), and my colleague Andy. /span>Feedback is always the best way to judge the
merits of any seller or buyer on bay. /span>We
are very proud of our positive feedback record, and we hope this will continue
to grow at the rapid rate we have so far enjoyed.
Maintaining our low prices means that we have to be very
digital in our approach whilst ensuring that this does not undermine our
devotion to customer care. /span>To this end
we would like to provide you with the following information that should enable
you to more fully understand how we operate.

HANDLING CHARGES
This charge is applied to all our orders and it
covers all the costs we incur in processing each order, including the insurance
certification.
2.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
All items are posted using Royal Mail First Class
Post, or Royal Mail Air Mail if sending overseas. /span>Postage & packing covers all the costs we incur in despatching
our items, namely envelopes, postage, SPIS packaging any handbooks/leaflets,
software cd's etc.
3.
DO WE OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES?
To minimise our material holdings
we only stock one size of envelope, and therefore all items are separately
packaged and posted. /span>This means that
each item purchased is dealt with individually. /span>Therefore we do not offer multiple purchase discounts on
postage & packaging, or handling fees.
4.
AUTOMATED EMAILS
We utilise the Ebay Selling Manager Pro tool. /span>This tool generates automatic emails when you
place a winning bid. These emails include:
- An
email providing you with your Invoice
- An
email confirming payment
- An
email confirming despatch of the item
These are all automated and include standard
messages from us. Please do not respond to these unless you have a problem.

PAYING BY BANK TRANSFER
As well as Paypal and Cheques, we also offer payment
via Bank Transfer. /span>If you wish to use

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you incur problems with a product, firstly please
refer to our Trouble Shooting Section, (shown at the bottom of our ME page),
for guidance on resolving common problems. If this fails to resolve the issue
then contact us at:

If we cannot resolve your problem then we will
request the item to be returned for testing, (please note that we do not fund
the postage of this service). /span>If the
product is faulty then we will send a replacement item immediately.
NOTE: All items returned must be in their original
state, including all packaging, booklets, cd etc. Failure to do so will
invalidate this service.
7.
FEEDBACK
We provide feedback only after the buyer has done
so. /span>This is done for several reasons,
firstly to ensure that the buyer has been satisfied with the overall experience
and the purchase itself. /span>Secondly, it
provides us with a confirmation that the item arrived safely. /span>This second aspect is particularly important
given the volume of business we are experiencing.

CAN I NEGOTIATE WITH YOU ON ANY OR ALL OF THESE TERMS?
As you will appreciate, we are
undertaking a large volume of business. /span>To enable us to do this effectively we have established our terms
and conditions carefully to ensure a balanced approach to our business. /span>Thus ensuring that both you, the buyer, and
us, the seller, enjoys a positive experience. /span>Therefore, we are not able to negotiate these terms and
conditions. /span>If you are not happy
with any of the above then we gratefully request that you do not purchase our
items.
TROUBLE SHOOTING SECTION
COMMON PROBLEMS WITH LOADING BLUETOOTH DONGLES
The only known installation problem that we are aware of is
a conflict with Windows XP SP2. This can be easily overcome by going to the
