Shipping & Handling Policy

• Our methods of shipping is USPS or UPS depending on total weight of items

• We will determine the method of shipping, no exceptions

• No Local Pickups

• Be ready to provide a physical address if you are providing a PO Box address

• Once checkout has been completed, there will be no more combining of orders. No Exceptions. Checkout only when you have made all your bids

• If you do not agree with the shipping price, do not bid on the item. S&H is non-negotiable.

• All orders shipped to California address is required to pay a 8.25% sales tax. No Exceptions!

Return Policy

• Original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers receiving free shipping will be charged $6.95 for shipping if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.

• All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA number is your ebay item

• The product that is being returned must be in its original condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories.

• Inkjet cartridges can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase only under the condition that the inkjet cartridge is still in its original factory sealed package

• Refunds will NOT be given to any opened or used inkjet cartridges, but may be given a exchange if the inkjet cartridge is found to be defective. Customer failing to install the cartridge correctly does not count as a defective cartridge.

• Any defective inkjet cartridges can be replaced within 6 months from day of purchase for compatible cartridges or 3 months from day of purchase for remanufactured cartridges or toner cartridges

• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and risk of loss on all returning shipments.

• A 20% restocking fee will be charged on cartridges that are not defective or simply if the customer does not want the cartridges.

Other Important Information

• In order to combine orders, please checkout only after you have made all your bids

• If there are instructions for the cartridge, please read and follow the instructions completely before contacting us. Most of the problems with cartridge installation is not completely following the instructions and skipping steps.

• After checkout is completed, you will not be able to combine additional orders

• Combine shipping is only limited to the auctions listed under the ebay Id:  digitgo-inc

• We only ship to shipping address that you input during checkout

• We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address

• Please do not send separate email stating a different shipping address, be sure to have the correct address when checking out

• Buyer will be responsible for additional shipping cost in the case of wrong or undeliverable address

• Feedback will only be left after feedback is left for us. No Exceptions
