Ministries in The Church sometime seem as if they are proprietary businesses, operating with management skills employed by Burger King, or some other fast food franchise. We, at Restoration House Ministries attempt to demonstrate God's Love through God's purpose with the Church. His purpose with the Church is to reveal Himself instead of works.
While helping people is admireable, God's plan is for the body of Christ to surrender to the Christ (Kingdom) within, so that He may live His own life through His Church. He does this in a particular order; first, He must reveal our new identity and oneness (acceptedness) in Him, in exchange for the faith of a child. While we operate our eBay enterprises as a business, we do so only to raise money to financially give money to the message above. If you are a potential customer, please read the below policies, since they are binding.
Auction Policies (non-negotiable)
WE ANSWER EMAILS so if you do not hear from us within a reasonable amount of time, we did not get your email, or our reply is in your junk mail folder. The best way to contact us is to reply to one of the emails we have sent you ensuring you are sending to the correct address.

We sell overstock, shelf pulls, brand new items, customer returns, donations, consignment, and refurbished items. Most items are purchased government bulk surplus property. Please ask questions before bidding.

PAYMENT: Please pay or have your money order postmarked within three days- 72 hours of auctions end. Auction's requiring a deposit are non-refundable. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the check-out system provided on eBay prior to 72 hours, to notify us of your payment method and shipping address. We accept the following forms of payment:

Bank wire may be required (required for all payments above $1000) on some purchase amounts and from certain countries ($39 fee). Freight shipping must be paid with credit card.
NONPAYING BIDDERS: We report non-paying bidders promptly, if payment is not received and as agreed. ONEvoiceThrift (Restoration House Ministries) reserves the right to relist unpaid items without waiting any specific period of time.
ITEMS WE SELL: Being liquidators of over many different items, sometimes we do not have a lot of information other than what is in the listing. We are not always able to see or know alot about the product listed. Many times you can find more information at the manufacturers' websites or even at www.amazon.com, www.overstock.com and many other major online resellers.
WARRANTIES: We do not offer any warranty on any product. We do not know about warranties on most of our products. Being liquidators, we have no affiliation with manufacturers.
SHIPPING: We choose the shipping service. Although we typically ship using FedEx, eBay does not provide integration with FedEx calculators, so we sometimes select UPS to provide you with shipping costs. We reserve the right to ship using any carrier we choose. We include a $4.00 per auction handling fee when calculators are used. Freight shipping customers will be sent our telephone number to pay via credit card. Freight shipping must be paid via credit card to our office, no exceptions.

LOCAL PICK-UP: (Driving Directions) There are no local pick-ups unless you have an appointment and paid previously. We include a minimum fee of $4.00 per auction handling fee, which is not waived. All local sales are subject to state sales tax. If items are not claimed in person, within ten days, they will be donated to Restoration House Ministries. A receipt for the donation will be provided upon request.

ADVERTISED AS FREIGHT or LOCAL PICKUP ONLY: FREE local pick-up. You may load your own vehicle free or there is a fee of $25 per pallet to assist loading pallet winnings. For freight shipping please request a quote or use your own shipper. We accept no responsibility for any damage to persons or property while at our premises. We require a signed shipping release faxed back to release your winnings to a thrid party. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Freight shipping customers will be sent our telephone number to pay via credit card. Freight shipping must be paid via credit card to our office, no exceptions.

COMBINED SHIPPING (clothing): We will combine shipping on clothing for continental US customers only (full price on the first item and half price on the second, third and fourth, etc.- highest added first). International customers pay a minimum of an additional $10 per item for shipping and handling.

COMBINED SHIPPING (non-clothing): We only extend combined shipping when the item you are purchasing costs $10 or more unless the terms of an auction give rates for shipping on multiple items. If we do combine shipping, we will charge full price on the first item and half price on the second, third and fourth, on items costing $10 and above. Some large items are too large or heavy to combine. WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE LOWER 48 STATES.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Requests to ship to APO addresses and international addresses are shipped FOB origin and shipped at your own risk since delivery confirmation is impossible. All out of country shipping will be shipped at the buyers own risk. We will deliver to the shipping company, shipping FOB Origin. NOTE- In some rare cases, international packages could get lost in shipping and/or shipping could take from a few weeks to several months to receive. Buyers understand that when we hand the package to the shipping company we are handing it to THEIR agent. Buyers may be required to pay estimated duties and customs charges prior to our shipping. These fees will be invoiced through paypal and paid to the appropriate authorities. We only accept paypal for orders outside the USA. International (anything outside the US continental 48 states) shipments may be charged a minimum handling fee of $10 per item.
RETURN POLICY: Remember, we only have a 3 day return policy to be "as described". All items are guaranteed to be as described only. Our guarantee is not a satisfaction guarantee so be sure you want the item when you place your bid. If we grant a return, you will be responsible for return shipping, providing tracking info, insurance and for safely repackaging for return. At our discretion, you will receive a refund or a merchandise credit for future purchases.
SOLD AS IS and AS DESCRIBED: We are liquidators. We sale items as described. If we don't say it, we won't stand behind it. All auction sales are final unless we actually make a considerable mistake. Many times we use manufacturers' words and as such we are not claiming to be the manufacturer or make any representations as to the quality of a particular product or the usability of an item.
Removal. All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the time and date of end of auction. Failure to remove property within 10 days is abandoning property as a gift to Restoration House Ministries. Solely at seller's discretion, seller may dispose of abandoned property and send a tax-deductible gift receipt to the buyer, as compensation for the bid amount. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Typically, property may be removed between the hours of 7:00a.m. and 3:00p.m. Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. For additional information, please contact the seller to schedule pickup/inspection. At the seller's discretion, a daily storage fee of $10.00 per pallet or piece may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 calendar days from end of auction.
Default. Default shall include (1) failure to observe these terms and conditions; (2) failure to make good and timely payment; or (3) failure to remove all items within the specified time. If the Buyer fails in the performance of their obligations, Seller may exercise such rights and may pursue such remedies as are provided by law. Seller reserves the right to reclaim and resell all items not removed by Buyer ten (10) days from the expiration of specified removal date. Any such monies paid, shall be retained by the seller for damages and to cover expenses of the transaction. At the seller's sole discretion, the buyer may receive a tax-deductible receipt for any amount above actual expenses, as just reimbursement.
