Online Consignments Unlimited is ID Verified on eBay and PayPal Verified.

Buyers who pay through PayPal are covered by the PayPal Buyer Protection Program.

Online Consignment Unlimited's pictures and ads are totally honest and detailed in order to preserve our excellent reputation in the eBay community as well as to ensure buyer satisfaction to minimize returns.

Our ads describe both positive and negative features of the items in the ads, even pointing out defects that might not be evident in the pictures. EBay is a unique selling environment in this respect. We recognize that since buyers do not have the opportunity to physically handle the merchandise, they need absolute full disclosure so that they can feel like they have handled the item.

We make no profit on shipping and handling fees.

Online Consignments Unlimited has a 7-day return policy. Items can be returned for any reason. Any returned items must be received by us within seven days from the time the buyer received the shipment.
Shipping policy
- Our shipping and handling costs are kept to an absolute minimum in order to encourage bidders. Our shipping fees will always be posted in our ads.
- Our products are securely and professionally packaged for safe shipment and include a packing slip.
- Unless otherwise requested by the winning bidder, Media Mail is used for shipment of books, CDs, videos, and records. Other items weighing one pound or less (including coins) are shipped via First Class mail. Other mail services are also used, depending on the item and where it is going.
- All items are shipped with delivery confirmation and with tracking information provided.
- Some items may require signature confirmation at time of delivery. This will depend on the value of the item being shipped and/or the buyer's feedback score.
- We offer shipments virtually worldwide (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and Japan).
- Shipment in 1 day if paid by PayPal with Direct Transfer or Credit Card. Shipment in 3-5 days if paid by PayPal with e-Check. Items paid for with a Money Order will be shipped the next day after the money order clears.
- For large items that are picked up personally and not shipped, PAYMENT IN CASH IS REQUIRED. Deposit may be made with PayPal if stated in the ad.
Feedback policy
- Online Consignments Unlimited will always leave feedback at the completion of the transaction.
- Our feedback is customized to our experiences with each buyer--never "canned" or automated.
